Seriously Delicious Dinner @ Plushtown

It’s a Friday night dinner with friends and plant food lovers for a maximum of 22 people. Booking is essential.

Sharing plates of all my most recent culinary experiments - plus some of the favourites.

With a few private cheffing events I've been booked for postponing due to 'the rules', I'm now available to do what I love much closer to home 

Let’s have a lushly dinner with some chill tunes and great conversations. 

Menu:

Roasted cauliflower, tahini lemon dressing, cauliflower couscous, cucumbers, Spanish onions,smoked almond, fresh mint gf

Nam Jin Salad with oyster mushroom fritters gf

Jackfruit Jerk tacos, coconut and lime coleslaw gf option

Spaghetti Amatriciana ( smoked mushroom and soy protein)

Jackfruit shawarma, home made red onions pickles , roasted capsicum hummus, chickpeas tabouleh

Mini quiche Lorraine with cauliflower fondue gf

Mini frangipane tarts gf 

$60 per person, BYO drinks.
